Key Responsibilities Demonstrate experience in automotive sales or dealership management. Support overall dealership operations and sales performance. Manage and oversee a team of 3 sales staff. Report directly to the CEO on performance and operations. Drive sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Monitor team performance and support sales conversion. Use technology and systems to support dealership operations. About You Experience in automotive sales or dealership environment. Strong sales and business development mindset.
