Minimum Requirements: Grade 12/equivalent 1-2 years’ experience in a face-to-face sales or relationship environment Fundraising experience an advantage Proficient in English / other languages an advantage Persistent with sales and results orientation Patient and able to handle rejection/resilient Excellent time management Excellent communication and persuasion skills Self‑Motivated and a team player Energy, drive and presentable Own reliable transport is essential Must be able to travel regularly Duties and Responsibilities: Approach potential donors face-to-face at various venues Persuade potential donors to support the Organisation Follow-up on donor pledges for support Deal with complaints or doubts Maintain accurate records of donor information Meet performance targets #J-18808-Ljbffr
