About the job Appointment Setter/B2B Lead Generation Location: Initially remote, transitioning to hybrid in Cape Town Job Description and Key Responsibilities: As an Appointment Maker/Sales Agent , you will be an integral part of the sales team, responsible for supporting and driving the sales function of the business. Your main duties will include: Appointment Making & Lead Generation: Focus on cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and other creative ways to reach new prospects. CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track progress and report on lead generation and appointment setting. Data Management: Build, scrape, cleanse, and enhance data to ensure accurate and updated prospect information. Networking: Attend expos, conferences, and networking events across the UK to meet potential clients and foster relationships. KPIs: Work towards and achieve set KPIs weekly, ensuring consistent results and measurable success. Demand Generation Activities: Support demand generation campaigns such as email outreach and other related tasks. What Alchemy Films is Looking for: Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B prospecting and appointment setting experience in the UK, ideally with a creative service provider, and a minimum of 2 years in telesales. Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, proactive attitude. Self-Motivation: A driven, focused individual who takes initiative and shows ambition in achieving sales targets.
