Job Reference: CEN -LK-1 The primary purpose of this role is to provide Technical Sales Support for Aftermarket to customers in the region through site visits. Qualifications: Grade 12 A tertiary qualification in sales or a trade would be highly advantageous Experience: At least 3 years' experience in a technical sales capacity Virtual / Video conferencing etiquette Intermediate MS Office and CRM Sales Management Responsibilities: Analyze customers' spend versus number of machines in operation in the region. Determine which customer spends are to third-party suppliers and the reasons for third-party spend. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer spend. Follow up on outstanding quotations. Establish reasons for lost quotations and communicate these to the manager, capturing them on ERP. Actively contribute to an increase in quotation conversion rates.
