Job Opportunity: Receptionist/Personal Assistant Location: Pretoria - Centurion Salary: R10 000 Negotiable Key Responsibilities Manage a busy reception area and switchboard with professionalism Deliver exceptional client service in person and telephonically Coordinate administration, filing, document control, and office supplies Maintain an organized reception area and manage office equipment Assist directors and senior staff with Personal Assistant duties, including diary and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential information Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and client communications Support ad hoc operational requirements Essential Requirements National Senior Certificate Fluent in English and Afrikaans (non-negotiable) Minimum 2 years’ experience in reception or administration (accounting/audit environment advantageous) Proven switchboard and client relationship management Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Key Skills Strong customer service orientation, exceptional telephone etiquette, high organization and attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, professionalism, reliability, discretion, and strong administrative discipline.
