24/7 Security Services is seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in the security industry. This person would be based at our Head Office at 8 Philo Road, Wynberg, Sandton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full HR function, with a strong focus on industrial relations, compliance, and operational support. The following criteria will be our basis for selection; your application will not be considered if you do not have all: Key Responsibilities Manage all Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including disciplinary hearings, grievances, CCMA cases, and consultations Ensure compliance with labour legislation, sectoral determinations, and industry regulations Manage and administer COIDA claims and related reporting Assist with BEE audit preparation Compile and manage the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and ATR Compile and manage the Employment Equity report Chair the Employment Equity Committee Oversee all training and development initiatives, including statutory and industry‑required training Conduct and manage internal and external inspections Prepare for, coordinate, and manage audits (internal and client‑related) Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures, including amendments to ensure ongoing compliance Provide HR support and guidance to management and operational teams Work late hours occasionally, as required by operational or disciplinary demands #J-18808-Ljbffr
