Overview ContentWithPurpose(CWP) is seeking an experienced Creative Content Video Producer to join our remote team from March 2026 , on a rolling basis through 2026 . In this key role, you will help craft and deliver high-quality, thought-provoking content that turns sustainability issues into clear, engaging and impactful storytelling. You’ll drive stories from idea through to final delivery, shaping key story messages, developing treatments and scripts, guiding interviews remotely, and steering the edit with a sharp editorial eye. Working hand‑in‑hand with CWP’s production team and the Head of Content, you’ll translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives across short documentaries, explainers, thought‑leadership films, and social‑first edits. You’ll refine story arcs, maintain brand and editorial standards, and confidently represent CWP in partner‑facing conversations, bringing strong storytelling skills and a firm grasp of digital video best practice, juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote‑first environment. Example content The Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) partnered with Content With Purpose (CWP) to create Travel Redefined: Tourism for People and Planet, a wide‑ranging digital film series that will explore the world of sustainable travel and tourism. The series aims to build global awareness of tourism’s potential to drive positive social, cultural, environmental, and economic impact. About the role – Creative Content Producer As a Creative Content Producer at CWP, you will shape stories end‑to‑end, from concept through to delivery. You’ll work collaboratively with CWP’s editorial and production teams to develop treatments and outlines, shape interviews, oversee edits, and manage relationships directly with paying partners. Our content spans short documentaries, explainers, thought‑leadership films and social edits , all designed to make complex sustainability and climate topics accessible and engaging. Key responsibilities Translate complex sustainability and climate issues into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with professional audiences. Develop treatments, outlines, scripts and interview plans for content across multiple formats including short‑form documentaries and social reels/shorts. Oversee post‑production: manage feedback, refine narratives, and ensure alignment with CWP’s editorial vision and brand standards. Work directly with our content partners to deliver high‑quality output, providing confident representation of CWP on calls and in meetings. Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to ensure content is on brief, on time, and on budget. Experience and skills Experience: Proven experience as a videoproducer on high‑quality digital video content or campaigns. Strong background in developing treatments, outlines and scripts , and managing post‑production workflows. Demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics and craft compelling, audience‑first stories. Experience working directly with clients or partners and managing stakeholder relationships. Experience/knowledge of best practice for digital video engagement, across multiple platforms. Understanding of sustainability, climate change and the importance of communicating these topics effectively. Skills: Confident client‑facing communication and presentation abilities. Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Reliable setup for remote work and availability for a standard UK workday (08:30–17:30) , with flexibility for client meetings. Why work with CWP?
