As a Mid-Level Store Manager in Stellenbosch, you are responsible for more than just running a store, you are responsible for building a high performing environment where people, product, and performance align. You will lead store operations end-to end, with a strong focus on sales performance, team culture, stock flow, and continuously improving how the store operates. This role requires someone who is both people-focused and performance-driven, a leader who can build a strong team while consistently pushing for better results. Experience Required 4–6 years’ experience in retail management. What You’ll Be Accountable For Owning overall store performance, including sales results and operational execution. Building and maintaining a strong, motivated, and accountable team culture. Driving sales through leadership, structure, and consistent team engagement. Overseeing stock flow — ensuring availability, accuracy, and minimal loss. Continuously identifying opportunities to improve store efficiency, systems, and processes. Ensuring the store environment reflects the Burnt standard at all times. Leading from the front — setting the pace, tone, and expectations on the floor. Making informed decisions that balance customer experience with business outcomes. What You Bring to the Role Strong interpersonal and communication skills that influence and align teams.
