What We’re Looking For Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support, service coordination or call centre environment (essential). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle difficult or high-pressure situations with empathy and composure. Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A highly organised, customer-first mindset where nothing gets left to slip through the cracks. Matric certificate minimum; must be based in or able to commute to our Bryanston office.
