Overview Opportunity Property Group is looking for a highly innovative AI Visualization Lead to pioneer the integration of artificial intelligence into our visual design, architectural visualisation, and marketing content production pipeline. This is a future-facing role for someone who sits at the intersection of: Artificial Intelligence . The successful candidate will build and manage AI-driven creative systems that increase production speed, reduce costs, and elevate the visual quality of marketing and development assets across our property developments. Role Purpose The AI Visualization Lead will drive innovation across video and animation production. Lead the integration of AI technologies into our visual production pipeline, develop advanced prompt engineering frameworks for consistent, high-quality outputs, build scalable systems for generating architectural and lifestyle imagery using AI, produce high-end architectural visualisations for residential developments, support marketing teams with compelling visual storytelling of developments, collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to translate concepts into visual assets, integrate 3D models with AI-generated environments and enhancements, continuously experiment with emerging AI tools to improve output quality, establish quality control frameworks for AI-generated visuals, and produce high-quality marketing visuals including brochure graphics ensuring all visual outputs align with brand and marketing standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the integration of AI technologies into our visual production pipeline. Develop advanced prompt engineering frameworks for consistent, high-quality outputs. Build scalable systems for generating architectural and lifestyle imagery using AI. Produce high-end architectural visualisations for residential developments. Support marketing teams with compelling visual storytelling of developments. Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to translate concepts into visual assets. Integrate 3D models with AI-generated environments and enhancements. Continuously experiment with emerging AI tools to improve output quality. Establish quality control frameworks for AI-generated visuals. Produce high-quality marketing visuals including brochure graphics. Ensure all visual outputs align with brand and marketing standards. Skills & Experience (Must Have) The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong capability across creative production and emerging AI technologies. AI & Automation – Strong understanding of prompt engineering methodologies and AI-assisted design workflows. Examples of tools you may work with: ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Gemini, Video AI & Motion Tools.
