Overview Salary: R15 000 - R18 000 (depending on experience) Location: Midrand (Onsite) A luxury property development company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Assistant to support a fast-paced Sales & Marketing environment. This role sits at the centre of the customer journey, ensuring incoming enquiries are accurately qualified, managed, and routed to the right teams, while supporting reporting, communication, and digital operations. Responsibilities Manage and qualify incoming enquiries across digital channels, websites, WhatsApp, and paid campaigns. Distribute leads efficiently and maintain accurate CRM records. Support agents with pipeline organisation and follow-up tracking. Assist with basic reporting, dashboards, and performance insights. Manage bulk email communication and maintain clean databases. Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments. Provide operational and administrative support to the marketing team. Qualifications Qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach. Comfortable working with CRMs, email tools, spreadsheets, and digital platforms.
