Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Actively identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities in OOH media and advertising, building a strong and consistent sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with agencies and B2B clients by delivering smart, impactful advertising solutions. Revenue Growth: Develop persuasive proposals, negotiate effectively, and close deals with confidence. Market & Industry Insight: Stay up to date with OOH formats, digital advertising trends, and market developments. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client satisfaction. Experience & Requirements 3-5 year’s experience in: Print or publishing environment Proven hunter profile with a strong track record of closing deals Experience working with advertising agencies and B2B clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and negotiation abilities KPI-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented Collaborative team player with a professional approach Personal Attributes Energetic, enthusiastic, and resilient under pressure Passionate about working with engaging, creative, and entertaining clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
