Company and Job Description: Our client, a leading player in the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) space, offers an outsourced Investment Reporting solution to a range of institutional clients, is seeking a mature and experienced CA(SA) to step into a 6-month contract role, providing leadership and operational oversight to a team of approximately 30 individuals. The successful incumbent will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of investment reporting services while the business focuses on a critical project.This role offers a unique opportunity to work at a strategic level, engage with senior stakeholders, and influence operational excellence within a highly specialised environment.Key Responsibilities: Provide oversight on the day-to-day delivery of investment reporting services to institutional clients Manage client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues Lead, support, and guide direct reports and the broader team on people management and performance Deliver monthly reporting to internal management committees and governance forums Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the investment reporting value chain Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to reporting standards and controls Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Qualified CA(SA) non-negotiable Experience: Minimum 810 years post-qualification experience Proven experience within pension fund audits, asset management, or fund administration Strong exposure to investment reporting environments Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams Skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels High attention to detail and governance mindset Advanced Excel and reporting systems exposure advantageous Apply now!
