Duties: Maintain a visible presence in public areas to welcome VIPs, anticipate guest needs, and handle any preferences.Perform service recovery, resolving complaints and inquiries quickly and professionally to protect the hotels reputation.Coordinate shifts across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Spa departments.Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure the property's ambiance is flawless.Lead shift handovers and brief staff on daily VIP arrivals and hotel events.Mentor junior team members on the floor and step into operational roles during busy periods.Oversee daily reporting, end-of-day handovers, and Property Management System (PMS) operations.Monitor inventory levels and assist with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash-ups.Ensure all staff adhere to strict health, hygiene, and emergency protocols. Requirements: Qualification in hospitality managementAt least 3-5 years hotel experienceFluent oral & written English, second language is beneficialPrevious experience on a hotel property management system is preferableA warm, helpful and sincere dispositionGreat teamwork skills & good communicatorComputer and systems literateOrganised, honest, helpful and attention to detailAbility to work various shifts, weekends and public holidays
