Flexible Locum Social Worker (Growth Opportunity to Full-Time) Empowered to Thrive is seeking an experienced and self-driven Social Worker to join our growing private practice on a locum basis with strong potential to transition into a full-time caseload. This role is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility, autonomy, and income growth, and is comfortable starting with a smaller caseload that will build over time. The Opportunity You will be based at a rehabilitation facility at Tokai Estate, supporting patients with complex medical needs (neurological, orthopedic, surgical, and respite care).
