We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, designing and implementing effective system solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration of various software and hardware components. This role requires a deep understanding of system development life cycles, business process re-engineering, and a strong ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, workflows, and user needs to identify areas for system improvement. Design, develop, and document technical specifications for new systems and modifications to existing ones. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. Lead and participate in the testing and validation of system solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and quality standards. Provide technical expertise and support for system implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Identify and recommend innovative technology solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency. Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and process flows. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and methodologies. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our systems remain competitive and effective. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a similar role. Proven experience with system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with specific enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, SCM).
