Job Description: Completes production by sufficient planning; scheduling and assigning staff to accomplish work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; forecasting problems, resolving problems; ensuring productions targets are met and reporting results to the Machine Shop Manager. Liaise and communicate production with other production and project managers. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Maintain quality by monitoring production; reducing scrap and re-work and enforcing organization quality standards.
