We are looking for experienced Compliance, Risk, and Governance Consultants to join our exclusive talent pool of highly skilled experts for upcoming projects with clients across Africa and Asia. These roles will support organisations in enhancing regulatory compliance, strengthening risk management frameworks, and building resilient governance structures. What will you do: Develop, assess, and enhance risk management frameworks, policies, and control environments. Conduct regulatory compliance reviews, gap assessments, and readiness evaluations aligned with industry standards. Support organisations in meeting governance requirements, including board frameworks, internal controls, and audit processes. Identify regulatory, operational, financial, and strategic risks, and recommend mitigation strategies. Lead or support compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, and issue remediation plans. Analyse regulatory changes and guide clients on the impact of new or emerging requirements. Facilitate risk and compliance workshops, stakeholder engagements, and governance training sessions. Collaborate with teams across legal, audit, operations, finance, and technology to embed governance and risk principles into business processes. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, governance advisory, or related fields. Strong understanding of risk frameworks, compliance methodologies, and governance best practices (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000, King IV). Experience working with regulatory environments across sectors such as financial services, telecoms, insurance, public sector, or corporate governance roles. Proven ability to deliver regulatory, risk, or governance transformation projects. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with strong stakeholder‑management capabilities. Relevant qualifications in risk, compliance, law, governance, auditing, or related fields (e.g., CRM, CIA, CISA, LLB, BCom Risk, Governance certifications). #J-18808-Ljbffr
