About the role Provide administrative and operational support across the business, Ensure coordination between office, workshop, and site teams.Responsibilities: Document control and filing systems. Project and tender administration. Procurement support and supplier coordination. Basic financial administration (quotes & invoices). Team coordination and communication. Training & Development Month 1: Office systems and document control. Month 2: Procurement and tender support. Week 3 onwards: Pricing, quotes, invoicing exposure. Months 36: Full admin responsibility and reporting. Systems & Tools Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Shared drives / document systems. Tender portals. Basic accounting tools. Key Competencies Attention to detail. Time management. Communication. Problem-solving. Ability to multitask. Working Conditions Office-based with workshop interaction. Fast-paced environment. Minimum Requirements South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the YES programme before. Matric. Business Management qualification (advantage).
