Provide general administrative support to the Technical Department; Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks and performing all administrative duties; Scanning, uploading and filing documents; Sorting and distributing mail; Answering, forwarding and screening phone calls; Coordinate and manage the ticketing process within the Technical Department; Act as liaison between customers and the Technical Department; Track progress and provide continuous feedback to customers; Provide excellent customer service when dealing with customers and suppliers; Attend to traveling and accommodation bookings and processes; Be an active member of the technical team; Respect the need for confidentiality, when processing personal/customer data; Support company-wide initiatives to improve service levels to our customers; Utilises continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
