Investigate and explore potential solutions. Create a business case in collaboration with business stakeholders, including costs and benefits with the proposed solution andobtain approval from relevant stakeholders. Engage with vendors to obtain input to the plan. Facilitate process to allocate and secure resources to projects. Formulate target operating models (TOMs) in collaboration with business stakeholders.
