We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Acquisitions Manager to join our real estate investment team. This role focuses on finding, analyzing, and securing real estate deals that meet our company’s investment goals. The ideal candidate is hungry to learn, thrives on negotiation, and can confidently communicate with property owners and agents. You’ll play a vital role in expanding our real estate portfolio by identifying opportunities, building rapport with sellers, and negotiating win-win deals. Your Mission Turn our sales and marketing strategy into a smooth, automated, reliable revenue engine. Make everything run cleaner, faster, and with fewer mistakes. You own the process. Tools You Will Live In Resimpli, LeadZolo, Google Workspace, Zapier, n8n or similar automation tools, call and text systems, KPI trackers, deal analyzers. Schedule And Compensation Full-time. Working hours are 9 am to 6 pm PST. Remote with some meetings in US hours. Compensation based on experience and track record. Equity or bonus available for top performers who prove they drive revenue.
