About the Role Responsibilities Market Analysis & Channel Resource Development Analyze and track changes and trends in residential market demand, identify potential distributor resources in target markets, capture business cooperation opportunities, cultivate new distributor customers, and be responsible for the development and maintenance of channel resources. Sales Planning & Sales Activity Execution Based on channel marketing strategy, formulate regional sales plans and conduct sales activities, select quality distributors for business cooperation, develop executable sales plans and ensure implementation. Sales Guidance & Process Optimization Provide business guidance to junior sales staff and continuously optimize the sales process. Qualifications Work Experience Requirements Experience in well‑known domestic or international companies across industries (industrial goods, durable consumer goods, electronics/electrical, etc.) or leading companies in the same industry. 5 years or more of sales‑related experience. Knowledge & Skill Requirements Mastery of knowledge related to value‑based marketing, channel development and management, etc. (see knowledge list for details).
