The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. They should have strong communication skills, be able to think critically when making plans, and demonstrate ability to execute strategy. About the Role Client Engagement & New Business Development / Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients by signing MSA / PSL to enable Indsafri to perform business / project transactions with that client. Account Management & Revenue Realization: Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients. Drive and ensure successful contract negotiations, or business deals that the corporation may enter. Support directors as required in various initiatives. Research prospective accounts in target markets, develop growth strategies and plans and increase client base. Identify and map business strengths and customer needs. Write business proposals, draft, and review contracts. Negotiate with stakeholders. Report on successes and areas needing improvement. Have in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition. Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle. Set goals for the business development team and develop strategies to meet those goals. Provide management and support for new business pipeline development, in consultation with the Directors. Manage and retain relationships with existing clients. Ensure clients are properly managed and their expectations are met at all times. Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges. Measure the performance of the company in terms of Revenue, Cost, and productivity. Benchmark the KPIs in terms of Revenue, Cost, and productivity during the second year and then implement necessary accelerators to improve the efficiency / net profit. Mentor and interact with members at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all staff. Responsibilities Identify partnership opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of prior IT industry related business development experience. Successful track record. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies. Close connections with CIOs, CTOs, hiring managers or the head of technology.
