Requirements FGASA Level 2 qualification (minimum) Lead Trails Guide qualification 5–8 years’ experience in the field guiding industry Valid PDP and First Aid certification DEAT registeredRifle competency certification Strong track record of guiding experience in Big 5 reserves A genuine passion for wildlife, conservation, and guest experience Must have an outstanding and engaging personality Professional; well-groomed, and confident in guest interactions Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to lodge culture Key Responsibilities Lead informative and immersive game drives and bush walks for guests Provide educational and entertaining commentary about flora, fauna, and ecosystems Ensure the safety and comfort of all guests during activities Maintain vehicles and equipment to a high standard Assist with conservation initiatives and wildlife monitoring where needed Contribute to creating memorable guest experiences at every touchpoint Package & Benefits Live-in position with accommodation provided All meals included while on duty Market-related salary (negotiable based on experience and qualifications) Opportunity to work in one of South Africa’s most unique and pristine wilderness areas #J-18808-Ljbffr
