Northpoint Realty Group is looking for a Commercial Area Broker and Residential Area Agent to increase their national footprint. Northpoint Realty Group has two broker/agent models: 70% commission split as the regular agent/broker contract with achievable minimum revenue to be maintained. 80% commission split with an additional profit share on a minimum of five qualifying agents/brokers, at the 70% level, for the Team Leader role. Performing agents and brokers are rewarded by enjoying a 70% commission split, exceeding the current industry offering most receive of 50%. For the Team Leader role for top agents/brokers with a minimum of five performing agents/brokers in their team, Northpoint offers two income streams: Income from your personal efforts and turnover – 6 weeks average time to complete your first deal. Profit share income from your personal team – up to 6% profit share (of gross company commission) from every transaction in your team; on target earnings from 10 team members for year 1 (R300 k – R450 k). What we require from you Responsibilities: Responsible for sales & leasing of properties i.e. offices, warehouses, factories, commercial land, investments, residential & new commercial developments. Prospecting for new corporate tenants & buyers. Canvassing for vacancies within the residential and commercial & industrial property arena. Adding listings to our various marketing channels. Matching tenants & buyers with appropriate vacancies. Networking with sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and other property stakeholders. Negotiating lease & sales agreements.
