Job Description As a Clinical Support Intern at Stryker SA, you will directly support all Stryker products associated with Trauma procedures, providing best‑class specialist support to our clinical customers. You will work with the local sales team to coordinate training and events, manage day‑to‑day business support, and ensure Stryker delivers exceptional service to our broad customer base. Responsibilities Servicing existing and new customer base within theatre and clinical environments. Providing theatre and wider HCP staff with depth training on Stryker products. Cooperating with team members and the regional Sales Manager to maintain best‑in‑class customer service levels. Auditing theatre Stryker stock (implants, disposables, instruments) and managing consignment inventory for effective asset management. Understanding the clinical application of the broader Stryker portfolio to offer customers optimal solutions. Conducting trials and evaluations of products in theatre and clinical environments as required. Assisting with implementation of training, instrument provision, and new Stryker business initiatives. Planning, executing, and monitoring measures to achieve industry‑leading support, including caring for physicians, surgical theatre staff, and hospital administration/sterilisation departments. Delivering excellent product knowledge, professionalism, and ethics in all customer interactions. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager to ensure service levels remain best in class. Communicating essential product features, benefits, and clinical applications to customers. Maintaining a basic business plan with daily, weekly, and monthly objectives. Developing an understanding of the local healthcare environment and regional strategy. Qualifications Recent graduate in medical fields, Biokinetics, Sports Science, Anatomy/Physiology, or a commerce diploma/degree. Industry background an advantage. Driver’s License.
