Minimum Requirements: ? Degree / Diploma in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management ? 8–10 years’ senior production management experience? Strong manufacturing / continuous process plant experience ? Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE, Six Sigma knowledge? Strong leadership and people management skills ? Production planning, quality, cost control & safety management? ERP / SAP systems exposure advantageous?
