Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 5 years experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Previous experience within stainless steel fabrication, pressure vessel manufacturing, or related industries will be preferred. Methodical and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to demonstrate initiative, work independently when required, and contribute positively within a team environment. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and professionally with management, colleagues, and suppliers. Effective conflict management skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. Demonstrated pride in maintaining the appearance, standards, and operational condition of the Pretoria facility and equipment. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
