Role Purpose Lead and direct the telesales team to achieve high sales and excellent client patronage, ensuring excellent call quality and sales delivery records. The role directs the telesales team as they contact customers via telephone to make sales transactions and support field sales. It also includes administrative duties, with a rotating shift schedule to accommodate a Monday – Sunday work week. Responsibilities Deliver success against KPI targets and plans through effective management of people. Create a positive learning environment that empowers and develops Lead Associates, Senior Associates, and Associates. Act as a role model, participating in achieving wider contact centre objectives to deliver first‑class customer service. Understand team engagement implications and link them to attrition and absenteeism reduction strategies. Facilitate direct sales by managing team members and encouraging them to make sales. Interact closely with other team members to ensure progress updates and maximum results. Build good relationships with team members and motivate them to perform at their best. Coach team members on best practices to boost their skills. Experience Required Minimum 12 months experience as a sales team leader (essential). Previous proven leadership/supervisory experience (essential). Qualifications and Accreditation: Matric or equivalent.
