We are looking to appoint a Marketing Co‑ordinator to join our Head Office team, supporting marketing and storytelling activity across The Vineyard Hotel, Oude Werf Hotel and Stellenbosch Hotel. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career candidate looking to build practical experience within hospitality marketing, digital content, guest experience and brand storytelling in a fast‑moving, operational environment. This is a highly hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys being present within the day‑to‑day life of a hotel environment rather than working purely behind a desk. Marketing Co‑ordinator Newlands, Cape Town Responsibilities Assist with content planning and coordination across all three properties and support social media, campaign preparation and digital marketing activity. Capture photography and short‑form video content across guest experiences, food & beverage, wellness, and seasonal activations, and assist with identifying and gathering operational storytelling, imagery, and content opportunities across the properties. Support external photographers, videographers, influencers, and content creators during shoots, campaigns, and hosted stays, and assist with preparing presentations, campaign decks, trade support materials, and other brand collateral where required. Support guest experience activations, media visits, partnership collaborations, and hosted site visits, and maintain awareness of operational happenings, seasonal highlights, and guest experience opportunities that support broader marketing and sales activity. Assist in maintaining a steady flow of fresh, relevant, and usable content into the marketing pipeline. Qualifications Qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Hospitality, Communications or a related field, with internship, hospitality, or content‑related experience. Strong interest in digital marketing, hospitality storytelling, and social media. Comfortable capturing short‑form video and behind‑the‑scenes content, with photography, video editing, or content creation skills. Familiar with working on social media and digital content platforms, strong organisational and communication skills, comfortable working flexibly around operational activity, shoots, and events. Strong planning and organisational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines, exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, willingness to learn, proactive problem‑solving, sense of accountability.
