Required Qualifications National Diploma or Certificate in Architectural Technology, Draughting, or a related field. Relevant draughting or CAD certification. Training in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar drafting software. Registration with relevant professional bodies may be advantageous. Skills & Experience Required 25+ years experience as an Architectural Draughtsman within engineering, construction, or architectural environments. Strong proficiency in: AutoCAD Revit ArchiCAD MS Office 3D modelling software (advantageous) Good understanding of: Building construction methods Structural principles Municipal submission procedures South African building regulations and SANS standards Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and spatial visualization abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills.
