Policy Administration: Processing new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations within defined mandates. Documentation & Data Management: Collecting necessary documentation (e.g., incident reports, financial data) and capturing accurate data on systems. Client/Broker Liaison: Providing professional service, handling queries, and providing feedback to clients/brokers regarding the underwriting process. Compliance: Ensuring all policies adhere to company underwriting standards, policy wording, and regulatory requirements. Technical Support: Assisting with audits and preparing underwriting reports. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, insurance, or risk management is generally preferred. Experience: Previous experience in short-term insurance (personal lines) or administrative roles is often required. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with insurance software systems. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze risk and evaluate financial data.
