Key Responsibilities Manage daily finished goods inventory operations Maintain accurate stock records using ERP/WMS systems Conduct cycle counts, wall-to-wall counts, and variance investigations Supervise inventory and warehouse staff Ensure FIFO compliance and efficient storage practices Support shop floor scanning and inventory-related system issues Compile inventory, KPI, and variance reports Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and regulatory standards Knowledge and Skills: Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Management, or related field Minimum 5+ years experience in inventory or warehouse management, including a supervisory role (FMCG experience preferred) Proven experience working with ERP and/or WMS systems Strong knowledge of inventory control principles Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Continuous improvement mindset
