Minimum Requirements Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager within a luxury or high-end retail environment Watches and jewellery industry experience advantageous Strong sales ability with a customer-focused approach Excellent retail administration skills Experience with:Stock control POS systems Retail reporting Daily store operations Strong leadership and team management skills Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment Professional presentation and communication skills Working Hours Retail trading hours across 7 days a week One day off per week One full weekend off per month During the weekend-off week, no additional weekday off applies Remuneration Basic salary between R15 000 R25 000 negotiable based on experience Commission on sales Ideal Candidate Strong leadership and people management skills Sales-driven and target-oriented Administratively strong and highly organised Team player with a proactive attitude Able to thrive in a luxury retail environment
