D uties and Responsibilities but not limited to: Lead the group consolidation process across multiple local and international entitiesPrepare and review monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgetsManage year end reporting and group audit processesCoordinate month end reviews of income statements and detailed balance sheetsOversee working capital management, cash visibility, and payment cyclesDesign, implement, and enhance financial controls across the groupDrive automation and standardisation of controls to improve efficiency and governanceReview tax reporting and ensure compliance with statutory requirementsAct as systems lead for accounting platforms and related enhancementsManage and coordinate group audit deliverables with external auditorsPartner with process owners to identify and mitigate key financial risksLead, mentor, and inspire finance teams to deliver accurate and timely outputsSkills & Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in a similar senior financial management roleStrong consolidation, group reporting, and audit management experienceSound understanding of financial controls, risk management, and governanceProven ability to implement and improve finance processes and systemsStrong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management capabilityAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities across entitiesQualification: CA(SA) For more information connect with us on
