Employer Description This company specializes in supplying refrigeration and heat exchange products to various industries Job Description Your responsibilities will be the following: Taking an active role in developing and executing the overall sales growth strategy in line with company strategic objectives Identify and service existing and potential customers. Key account development and account management. Work closely with the sales hub to provide quotes and technical proposals within a 48-hour turnaround time. Routinely contact customers by telephone, e-mail and in person to maintain healthy sales relationship. Meet with consulting engineers on a regular basis and attend site meetings and store openings. Manage and achieve monthly sales targets. Provide Technical solutions/quotations and proposals to customers Liaise with consulting engineers and develop/submit tenders/proposals as required Liaise with refrigeration contractors and provide appropriate technical solutions Offer system solutions including freon, CO2 and water loop contractors. Liaise with customers regarding requirements, applications and solutions Project manage "bespoke" special sales orders and projects Liaise within the group export division to grow export potential Qualifications Matric Sales qualification with strong technical background. Technical/engineering qualification will be advantageous. Skills 510 years experience within a similar position and industry Experience in design and application of heat exchangers/refrigeration systems (or similar technical industry) Must be well connected in the refrigeration industry in South Africa.
