Business Development Client Associate – Cape Town. A well-established asset management firm in Cape Town is looking for a Business Development Client Associate to join their team. This role is suited to a highly organised and client-focused professional with experience in financial services, client relationship management, and business development support. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting client engagement, sales processes, operational coordination, and tender management. Key Responsibilities: Provide operational and administrative support to the Business Development team Manage client queries and coordinate resolutions Maintain and update CRM systems, client records, and sales activity data Coordinate client meetings, presentations, communications, and follow-up actions Assist with due diligence processes and regulatory compliance requirements Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, tenders, and reports Track sales pipeline activity and business development initiatives Assist with strategic projects, process improvements, and stakeholder coordination Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree with a postgraduate qualification in Financial Markets, Investment Management, or a related field 3–5 years’ experience in client services, business development, or a similar role within financial services Understanding of asset management products and services Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and relationship management skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Analytical, proactive, and solutions-driven Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, collaborative, and client-centric approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
