Key responsibilities: Manage and grow sales across SADC countries Build and maintain distributor and partner relationships Drive sell-in and sell-through performance regionally Set and execute country-specific sales strategies Manage pricing, margins, and commercial agreements Monitor distributor performance, stock, and forecasts Identify new market opportunities and expand footprint Coordinate supply chain and stock alignment across borders Travel regionally to support partner engagement Non-negotiable requirements: 3 5 years proven experience in multi-country / regional sales management (SADC or African markets) Strong background in channel/distributor-led sales environments Demonstrated ability to manage country-level distributors and partner networks Experience driving both sell-in and sell-through performance Strong commercial acumen (pricing, margins, trade terms, forecasting) Experience within ICT, networking, telecoms, or technology distribution sectors
