Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough visual inspections of damaged vehicles with customers Use Audatex and TMS to compile accurate repair estimates Submit quotations promptly to insurance assessors and follow up on approvals Collaborate with Manager and insurers to secure quotation sign‑offs Liaise with workshop to initiate and track approved repairs Monitor job progress, perform quality control inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations Lead, train, and support junior staff Ensure excellent customer service is upheld throughout the repair process Communicate professionally with customers, insurers, and internal teams Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to sales growth Qualifications Matric (Grade 12) minimum Audatex training with certificate Proven experience (2–5 years) in collision estimating or automotive damage assessment Proficiency with estimating software (Audatex and TMS) Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities In‑depth technical knowledge of panel beating, structural repairs, and spray painting processes Strong organisational and time‑management skills Ability to interpret estimates Please send CV to apply or call . #J-18808-Ljbffr
