An established luxury hospitality collection is seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead its culinary team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences aligned with high-end guest expectations, while managing kitchen operations, team performance, and food quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage the kitchen brigade to ensure high performance and consistency Design and develop innovative, seasonal menus in line with brand standards Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control across all services Manage stock control, food costing, and supplier relationships Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Collaborate with management on guest experience and special events Drive kitchen efficiency, cost control, and waste reduction initiatives Requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within luxury hospitality or fine dining environments Strong leadership and team management skills Solid understanding of food costing, budgeting, and kitchen operations Creative flair with a passion for high-quality, seasonal cuisine Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Relevant culinary qualification preferred Own vehicle #J-18808-Ljbffr
