This is an excellent opportunity for a newly admitted attorney or a candidate with a strong academic background who is interested in developing a career in trusts, estates, and tax law. Minimum Requirements: Admitted legal practitioner (essential) LLB degree (required) BCom degree (advantageous, particularly with accounting or tax focus) Valid driver’s license (own vehicle advantageous) Experience: Exposure to trusts, estates, or tax law will be beneficial but is not essential for junior candidates Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the administration of trusts and estates Supporting fiduciary and tax-related matters Liaising with clients and relevant authorities General legal and administrative duties within the department Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
