Key Responsibilities Manage the full bookkeeping function up to trial balance Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Perform bank, creditor, debtor, tenant, and general ledger reconciliations Manage rental income processing and tenant account allocations Prepare monthly management reports and supporting schedules Assist with cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting activities Process VAT returns and ensure statutory compliance Support month-end and year-end reporting processes Assist with audits and maintain strong financial controls and governance Skills & Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping 5+ years' experience in a Senior Bookkeeping role Property industry experience is essential Experience working on property management and ERP systems Strong understanding of reconciliations, reporting, and financial controls Proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
