At the iStore, we’re looking for dynamic, customer‑focused Technical Support Interns to join our in‑store tech teams across our retail stores. This internship is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment. You’ll work closely with experienced technical teams, support customers with their Apple devices and technology queries, and gain exposure across multiple areas of the business before being placed into a store environment. During the first 6 weeks, interns will rotate through various departments and business areas to gain broader exposure to our operations, systems, customer experience, and technical support environment. Successful candidates must be open to learning, adaptable, and willing to travel between stores if operational support is required. This is a 12‑month contract internship opportunity. It is a paid internship. Responsibilities Support customers with technical queries relating to phones, laptops, tablets, accessories, and other technology products Troubleshoot basic software and hardware‑related issues Assist customers in understanding and using their devices more effectively Provide professional, friendly, and solution‑driven customer support in‑store and telephonically Escalate complex issues where required Qualifications Completed Matric Completed A+ and N+ Qualification Basic understanding of computer hardware and software Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and macOS Basic understanding of networking concepts #J-18808-Ljbffr
