Duties Monitoring and analysing dealer performance, profitability, and operational effectiveness across the network. Supporting dealers in achieving sales, aftersales, customer satisfaction, and business performance targets. Implementing network development strategies in alignment with company objectives. Conducting regular dealer visits, performance reviews, audits, and operational assessments. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans where necessary. Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealer principals, management teams, and internal stakeholders. Ensuring dealer compliance with brand standards, operational processes, and manufacturer requirements. Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and network opportunities to support strategic decision-making. Preparing and presenting detailed performance reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management. Assisting with dealer training, development initiatives, and business improvement strategies. Collaborating with multiple departments including sales, aftersales, finance, marketing, and customer experience teams. Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field advantageous. Previous experience within automotive dealer network management, regional operations, business development, or dealer performance management essential. Previous experience within a premium automotive brand or OEM environment would be highly advantageous. (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volvo, Lexus, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche) Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations including sales, aftersales, finance, and customer experience. Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skills. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. Ability to manage multiple dealer relationships and work within a high‑performance environment. Advanced MS Office and reporting system proficiency.
