The role focuses on delivering a fair customer experience while mitigating risk and proactively identifying and addressing fraudulent claims. Qualifications Type of Qualification: Diploma Field of Study: Certificate in Short Term Insurance or an equivalent FAIS accredited qualification Experience Required Insurance: Minimum of 3 years insurance industry experience. Call centre/telephone: Minimum of 2 years call centre/telephone experience required. Product knowledge: At least 1 motor insurance product for an Insurance Consultant.
