Responsibilities will include: Identify and evaluate suitable sites for Retail stores Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords and other stakeholders, and engage at the highest level to negotiate deals Perform thorough demographic and market analysis to inform site selection and expansion strategy, analyse consumer trends, competition, and economic factors to identify growth opportunities and alleviate risks Legal compliance – must have good knowledge of laws and regulations in property development and solid knowledge of lease clauses Negotiate lease agreements and other legal documents with property owners, developers, and landlords Manage and optimize the company's property portfolio, including relocations, expansions, revamps, disposals, conversions, and reductions Good understanding of Tenant Installations principles and fitout specifications for stores Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in related field Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role Extensive network of developers, landlords, and industry contacts Strong understanding of demographic analysis and market research Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions and leasing agreements Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in market and financial analysis Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fastpaced environment Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
