Role Type & Engagement Full‑time – Independent Contractor Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified leads. Research target companies, marketing agencies, and decision‑makers to personalize outreach. Qualify leads based on marketing‑tech stack, campaign volume, and agency size. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns. Maintain accurate records in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Hit weekly KPIs for outreach volume, conversations, and booked meetings. Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in MarTech, digital marketing, and lead‑generation strategies. Requirements 1‑3 years of experience in a Sales Development or Lead Generation role (preferably in SaaS, MarTech, or agency sales). Proven success with outbound sales (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach). Familiarity with marketing terminology, funnels, and performance metrics. Experience selling to marketing teams or agencies is a major plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self‑starter mindset with strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
