Reporting to the Maintenance Manager: Reliability, you will be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and continuous improvement of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) . Duties & Responsibilities Develop, improve, and sustain standardised procedures and specifications. Identify improvement opportunities within the SAP PM environment and drive the change. Update CMMS databases (functional locations, equipment, work centres, PMMP's Cost Centres, Bill of Materials). Report and monitor relevant data (PEX, backlog reports, Master data exception reports) for maintenance management. Maintain SAP profiles to comply with Corporate Governance. Owner of SAP PM MDF notification process and drive the process and KPI's. Ensure high availability, reliability, and accuracy of data and CMMS. Manage and update change management procedures. Maintain updates/links of equipment documentation to CMMS object data. Provision of documentation/formatting standards service to Projects and Procurement departments if related to Maintenance documentation or CMMS topics. Participate in safety audits as scheduled. Minimum Job Requirements: S4 National Diploma and/or B Tech. in an Engineering Discipline. SAP Super-User essential. Any other SAP qualification, a strong advantage. MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Projects is essential. Min 5 years planning experience. Experience in maintenance strategy, maintenance planning, and master data is essential. Job Competencies/Attributes/Skills: Ability to lead Project teams. Self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
