Huawei Technologies, Johannesburg office is looking to hire a Transaction Fulfilment Specialist Responsibilities Understand the Huawei internal risk and authorization rules and policies, guide the sales project team and monitor the Sales Decision Team (“SDT”) to make sure the activities are in compliance with the company rules and policies Identify main commercial risks and quantify the assessment, develop risk countermeasures and monitor the implementation of the contract; Negotiate the contract with the customer and make agreement; Provide commercial proposal regarding the Tender, and draft the contract; Identify change opportunities, develop change solutions, participate in negotiation and execute the change process. Improve and manage the contract terms quality, establish the customized baseline terms and business customs summary internally. Implement internal control evaluation, inspect the complicated problems in foreside and back end, cooperate with front line and back line to solve problems. Fulfil other contract related works appointed by the team leader. Expertise & Key skills Good at English, communicating and cooperating, have sense of target, strong responsibility; Have a basic knowledge of telecommunication business; Good at Microsoft office, Excel and PPT; Have fundamental professional knowledge of contract and risk management.
